1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CourseNest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Types

CourseNest supports three account types: Students who purchase courses, Faculty who list and sell courses (accounts created by our admin team), and Admin accounts that manage the platform.

3. Course Purchases

When you purchase a course, payment is processed via Paytm and held until you confirm receipt of your materials. Faculty are responsible for delivering accurate course content as described in their listing. CourseNest acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not directly responsible for the educational content itself.

4. Faculty Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate descriptions of course content and delivery method
  • Ship physical materials promptly and update order status truthfully
  • Honor the pricing and inclusions listed at the time of purchase
  • Maintain professional conduct with students

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery information for physical materials
  • Confirm receipt only after verifying materials are received as described
  • Use purchased course materials for personal educational use only

6. Platform Fees

CourseNest charges a platform fee on each transaction, set at the platform's discretion per course. Faculty receive their payout share after the student confirms delivery.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not misrepresent course content, attempt to bypass the platform's payment system, harass other users, or upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

8. Account Suspension

CourseNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated valid complaints.

9. Limitation of Liability

CourseNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
