How refunds work on CourseNest's escrow-protected payments.

When you purchase a course on CourseNest, your payment is processed via Paytm but is not released to the faculty until you confirm that you've received your course materials. This protects you from paying for materials that never arrive.
Before confirming receipt, if there's a problem with your order, please use our Report an Issue page with your order number and details. Our support team will review your case and may pause the order, contact the faculty, or process a refund through Paytm.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, though actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment method's processing time via Paytm.
If you do not confirm or report an issue with a delivered order within the platform's configured auto-confirm window, the order may be automatically confirmed and payment released. Please review your orders promptly after delivery.
