All payments are processed through Paytm's secure payment gateway. CourseNest does not store your card, UPI, or bank account credentials directly — these are handled entirely by Paytm in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
We share necessary order details (such as your name and delivery address) with faculty members only when you purchase their course, so they can fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing), secure HTTPS connections, and CSRF protection on all forms to safeguard your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. You can also update your profile information directly from your account settings.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
